I mean, it was worth what I paid for it. Not saying it’s the best thing ever, but for the price, I can’t really complain too much. If it cost more maybe I’d feel different, but since it didn’t, I’m happy enough with it.

Customer service was helpful overall, but I did notice the replies got a bit slow, especially after I made the payment. It made me feel a little unsure for a while, like I had to keep checking in to get updates. They did eventually respond and help, but the delay after paying definitely made me a bit distrustful.

I had a good time overall and the show itself was really enjoyable. The only thing that dragged the mood down a bit was the bar queue before it started, it took ages. The staff didn’t come across as rude or anything, just rushed and clearly stretched too thin. Bit frustrating in the moment, but not enough to put me off going again.

The cloakroom was actually handy — quick service, nice staff, and all very painless. It did get a bit cramped after the show, because apparently everyone wanted their coat back at the exact same moment. Shocking, I know

Booked through newtheatre.com. Straightforward, no drama there. The show itself was fine too, honestly. Nothing major to complain about on that side.
It was more the toilets that annoyed me. Interval came around and suddenly the queue was huge. Not enough open, or at least it felt that way. You’re standing there watching the time, wondering if you’re going to make it back before it starts again.

I’d still go back if there was a show I really wanted to see. Just wouldn’t look forward to the interval situation. Sort the toilets out a bit and it’d be a much better experience. 3 stars from me

Parking was really easy. From the relaxed tone of the whole setup, I kind of assumed it would be hassle-free, and it was. No circling around or stressing out, just parked and got on with my day.

I did end up getting my tickets in the end but the online queue froze on me twice. It was frustrating and made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.

Went to a show here and I was suprised by how clear everything sounded. We weren’t even right up front, but I could hear every word and the music didn’t feel too loud or all messy. Really nice acoustics overall, it definetly made the night way better.

The show itself was fine, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the venue didn’t really do much for me. The atmosphere felt kind of flat, and the lobby lighting was really harsh, which made it feel less welcoming than I expected. The seating area also felt cramped and a bit dated. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I left wondering if I just caught it on an off night or if it’s always like that.

For a theatre site, I expected a lot more variety and a few surprises. Maybe I’m missing something, which is why I feel awkward saying it, but so many of the shows just sound too similar, and it’s been disappointing.

I tried to book my tickets it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The checkout froze on me twice... and by the time I got it working again, my seats had changed. Annoying experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be using this site again.

The bar had a nice range of drinks, and I found what I wanted without any hassle. The prices felt reasonable too, so overall I’d say it was a good spot for a casual drink.

I didn’t think getting around would be much of an issue, but it turned into a little adventure. I tried figuring out the buses, they were confusing if you’re not familiar with the area. Then when we did have someone drive us, parking ended up being its own headache. It’s not impossible, but if you don’t drive or you’re relying on public transport, just be prepared for a bit of hassle...

I’ve been using this with my screen reader and it works really well. The little details, like how smoothly it reads things out and moves through the options, make it easy to use without any hassle.

I booked through New Theatre and remember feeling a bit unsure about the seats at first, but once we got there the view was actually really good. From what I recall, we could see the actors’ faces clearly and it didn’t feel like we were missing much from the side at all. Picking the seats was straightforward too. I’d use it again based on this experience.

Went to a show here last week it was brilliant. The cast were amazing, like properly talented, and the sound was clear even though we were sat quite far back. I was expecting it to maybe feel a bit cheap in places, but it didn’t at all. Everything seemed well put together and the overall production quality was commendable. Anyway, yeah, it was just a really fun night out and I’d definitely book again
